SUBSCRIPTIONS INFORMATION
Covers the time period from 01.08.11 to
07.04.12
For players in the U7's and older players who are
training only:
The subs for the year 2011-2012 are £100
in total
(including the £20 signing on fee for all ages).
If you pay the full amount before the end of August 2011 you are
entitled to a £10 discount on the annual fee.
Otherwise your subs are payable in 3 easy instalments:
£40 due from 01/08/11 must be paid before 01/09/11 (includes the £20 signing
on fee)
£30 due from 01/11/11 must be paid before 01/12/11
£30 due from 01/01/12 must be paid before 01/02/12
For players in the U8's squad and
above:
The subs for the year 2011-2012 are £130
in total
(including the £20 signing on fee for all ages).
If you pay the full amount before the end of August 2011 you are
entitled to a £10 discount on the annual fee.
Otherwise, your subs are payable in
3 easy instalments:
£50 due from 01/08/11 must be paid before 01/09/11 (includes the £20
signing on fee)
£40 due from 01/11/11 must be paid before 01/12/11
£40 due from 01/01/12 must be paid before 01/02/12
Examples:
Player A (U13) signs on 21/09/11 but is training only - Years
subscription = £100
Player B (U10) signs on 15/11/11 - Years subscription = £20 signing fee
+ £80
Player C (U11) leaves club 22/03/12 - Years subscription = £130
Player D (U7) leaves club 19/01/12 - Years subscription = £100
Our system means that you pay for 40 weeks , allowing 12 weeks per year for holidays, absence etc. Any additional
catch up training sessions will be free of charge.
Training will usually cease at the following times
but it is decided by the Manager of each team individually:
Christmas – 2 weeks
Easter – 1 week
Summer time (July) – 5 weeks
Payments should be made to the
team reps or managers by cash or cheque.
All cheques should be made payable to ‘STOKE GOLDING FOOTBALL CLUB’.
Any queries regarding payments should be discussed with the
team rep or manager in the first instance.
Please note:
Any player failing to pay subs on time will be suspended from play until all outstanding subs are paid in full.
Any player wishing to transfer to another club MUST pay their subs due (and
return ALL kit) to enable him/her to be released from SGFC. There is NO
compromise on these rules.
