| UNDER 13's TEAM PAGE
The U13’s Squad have moved up to the Leicester and
District Sunday Juniors Football League this season. Following their superb
improvement and effort during the last season, the lads were promoted to the
3rd Division and are playing a good standard of football in 2008-2009. They
are holding their own very well in this league and enjoying their football.
The U13’s are managed by John Cornick who is a very experienced footballer
and coach. John is ably helped by fitness coach, Jim Hope. Parents are also
invited to stay and join in with training if they wish.
The U13’s train at St Martin’s in Stoke Golding every Saturday morning from
0930 – 1130hrs. Their matches are played on Stoke Golding Recreation Ground,
off Hall Drive, with a kick off time of 10.30am.
We are a friendly bunch of players and parents who welcome new recruits who
can play a good standard of football. We presently have room to add to our
squad of players and would welcome enquiries.
