UNDER 16's SQUAD PAGE 2011/2012
The
U16's Squad should have
earned promotion to Division 1 for 2012/2013 following some epic
performances this season, securing them the runners up position.
John Cornick is currently
looking for 5 quality players (preferably with Premier and/or Division 1
experience) to further strengthen the squad ready
for the new challenge ahead.

The U16’s Squad play in the MDH Leicestershire Youth Football League. The
lads are keen to consolidate on last season and have attracted a number of
new players, who have settled
in well, and have improved the strength of the Squad.
Pre-season training and matches boosted the confidence of the players and
they are ready for any challenges. The lads continue to play a
good standard of football and are more than capable of holding their own in
the division they are currently in.
The U16's squad would welcome enquiries for next
season. They are a friendly bunch of lads and parents who enjoy
their football and encourage new recruits
who can play to a good standard.
The Squad is managed by John Cornick, who is a very experienced footballer,
manager and coach, and coached by Steve Gaisford.
Parents are also invited to stay and join in with training if they wish!
The U16’s train at St Martin’s in Stoke Golding every Saturday morning from
0930 – 1130hrs. Their matches are played on Stoke Golding Recreation Ground,
off Hall Drive, with a kick off time of 10.30am.
